Job summary

PT. AIRROWES GLOBAL LOGISTIK is seeking an Import/Export Documentation Staff to oversee sea freight shipments (FCL and LCL) from instruction intake to delivery, ensuring timely, accurate processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include minimum 1 year in sea freight, familiarity with export/import documentation (bills of lading, PEB, declarations), Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, English and Indonesian proficiency, and basic computer skills; customs certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight shipping (export or import).
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation or international trade.
Familiar with FCL and LCL shipments and related documentation.
Understanding of customs regulations and required documentation.

Responsibilities

Handle the entire export or import shipping process, from receiving instructions to completion, including pre-alerts to agents.
Ensure efficient transportation solutions by booking cargo space with shipping lines.
Prepare and process necessary shipping documents (including bills of lading) for smooth shipment.
Collaborate with customs brokers by providing required information and documentation to ensure a seamless customs clearance process.
Coordinate cargo pickup and arrange transportation to POL/POD.
Monitor shipments in real-time and provide regular status updates to clients.
Generate up-to-date reports to review shipment progress and support decision-making.
Build strong communication with external and internal partners and customers to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain good customer relationships by engaging in problem-solving and delivering excellent service.
