Job summary

Playpark Company Limited seeks a Community Specialist to build and sustain the on-ground community presence in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will engage players, creators, cosplayers, fan groups, and partners, executing regional community strategies under the Community Manager.

You will run day-to-day operations across Discord, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Instagram, while representing the brand at conventions and local meet-ups. Travel and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in community management, events, social media, or related activity.
• Active participation in local ACGN/japanese pop culture scene and networks.
• Strong local network and reachable contacts in the ACGN community.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings for events.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin helpful for coordinating with China.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day community operations on Discord and social platforms.
• Represent the brand at ACGN events, managing presence and interactions.
• Build and maintain local cosplayer, creator, and event networks.
• Identify local events to attend or sponsor and support execution.
• Recruit and support volunteers and grassroots creators for campaigns.
