Job summary

PT. Parama Nusa Persada is seeking a Solution Architect with strong networking fundamentals to join our team in Jakarta. The role focuses on designing network solutions based on client requirements and supporting demos and PoC initiatives.

Candidates should have 3+ years in SD-WAN/router networks, knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and be eager to undergo official Peplink training. CCNA is preferred. Training paths include SpeedFusion and InControl2 after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in SD-WAN router networks.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with broadband, fiber, LTE/5G, failover and load balancing.
• VPN and firewall knowledge.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• CCNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design network solutions based on client requirements.
• Support sales and project teams in technical demos and PoC.
• Prepare configuration documentation and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams during solution implementation.
