Job summary

NTT DATA in Indonesia seeks a Networking Technical Architect to translate business needs into comprehensive network solutions. You will design architectures from the application layer to routing, switching, security, and cloud services for hybrid environments.

You will develop technical specifications, pre-sales support, and proofs of concept, guiding sales and delivery teams from scope to client presentations, ensuring compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, topologies, security, routing, switching, WLAN, and IP addressing.
• Broad product knowledge with integrated understanding of technology.
• Familiarity with IoT, big data, network management, QoS, cloud computing, and virtualization.
• Extensive experience in professional technical roles in large multinational technology services environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong client engagement and technical consulting aptitude.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design network architectures from the communications layer to networking protocols, including gear, interconnects, hardware, and cloud services for hybrid solutions.
• Analyse, develop, and recommend long-term plans to ensure network capacity meets current and future requirements; produce technical specs and design documents.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and transition projects from presales to delivery; develop and manage proofs of concept (POCs).
• Collaborate with sales to guide scope, pricing, and RFP/RFI responses; ensure solutions meet client objectives.
• Own proposed solutions on assigned engagements and transition build to delivery teams; prepare executive summaries and client presentations.
