Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is assisting an international school in Semarang to hire a Finance & Accounting Officer. You will join the Finance & Accounting team to manage daily transactions, AR and school fee records, and bookstore and procurement activities using Tally.

You will maintain organized records, prepare financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and liaise with parents and vendors. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 2–4 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or finance administration.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and financial administration.
• Experience usingTally accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, or vendor coordination is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions using Tally.
• Process accounts receivable, school fees, bookstore revenues, and related purchases.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain complete financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting tasks as required.
• Provide general finance and administrative support across departments.
