PT Sunra Distributor Indonesia is seeking a Finance Officer to manage daily finance and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will prepare and record financial documents accurately and monitor cash flow.

Requirements include a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting/Finance, 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with accounting software, and the ability to work under deadlines. Mandarin proficiency is a must.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Familiar with accounting principles and financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data processing.
• Experience using accounting software is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Mandarin proficiency is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily finance and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and record financial transactions accurately and systematically.
• Prepare payment requests, invoices, receipts, and other supporting financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow.
• Record and monitor company expenses and reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist with tax administration and provide supporting documents for tax reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
