Job summary

PT Broad Far Indonesia in Batam seeks an Accounting Officer to manage daily financial operations, record data, payments and expenses in the accounting system, and monitor accounts payable and receivable.

You will reconcile bank statements and ledgers, prepare balance sheets and income statements for management, and assist with internal or external audits. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, strong data accuracy, and fluency in Bahasa and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Experience with accounting tools and Microsoft Office.
• High accuracy in calculation, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Good verbal and written skills in Bahasa and English; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial data, payments, and expenses into the accounting system
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to fix financial discrepancies
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and expense reports for management
• Support audits by organizing documents and assisting with internal or external financial audits
