The role focuses on mapping, alignment, SOP development, and stakeholder validation to drive smooth implementation across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in business process, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow development, and SOP documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for end-to-end processes.
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple, practical workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes following SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Translate complex processes into clear, simple, and executable workflows.
• Develop, review, and standardize SOPs based on approved processes.
• Coordinate with process owners, key users, SAP teams and stakeholders for validation.
• Support the communication and implementation of new workflows across functions.
• Regularly review and update process documentation and SOPs.
