Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle seeks a Process Excellence Specialist to map and optimize business processes as SAP S/4HANA goes live. You will work across functions to document current workflows and identify improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and 3–4 years in business analysis, with strong analytical skills and experience in SOP development and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years in Business Process, Process Improvement, or related roles.
• Experience in business process mapping, workflow development, and SOP documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with end-to-end process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes post SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Align workflows with SAP-enabled processes and remove gaps.
• Develop and standardize SOPs based on approved workflows.
• Coordinate with process owners and SAP teams for validation.
• Support communication and rollout of new workflows across functions.
