Job summary

Globalprofessionals is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Key User to support an SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role requires traveling to Country post go-live and several weeks of travel.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and training activities across the implementation lifecycle. The candidate should have in-depth EWM expertise, strong stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on experience in training end-users and facilitating change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP EWM and related domains.
• Participation in SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience as Key User, SME, or functional lead in ERP implementations.
• Experience in training, user enablement or Learning & Development activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary EWM SME/Key User within the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Translate business requirements into EWM design and configuration inputs.
• Collaborate with SAP, IT and business stakeholders during design, configuration and testing.
• Lead training and change activities for rapid operational adoption.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live and drive continuous improvement.
