Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Functional Analyst / Technical Project Manager in Jakarta. The role combines business analysis with hands-on project management, owning timelines and coordinating IT, engineering, and production teams to deliver MES solutions from requirements through go-live.

Responsibilities include evaluating needs, architecting solutions, managing scope and budget, and developing training and documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience as a developer or engineer, or similar role, having led end-to-end initiatives.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments; experience across multiple industries is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MES capabilities and how they improve efficiency and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methods is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating business needs and impact analysis for changes.
• Architect solutions to solve business problems efficiently.
• Plan and manage MES projects: scope, schedule, budget, resources, from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and maintain the MES knowledgebase and training plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Develop test cases and perform functional testing.
• Work with IT and MES teams to configure and customize MES.
• Monitor MES performance post-implementation and analyse data.
