Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a junior business process designer to contribute to SAP Customer Service projects and help in transformation initiatives. You will support defining requirements and creating specs under guidance from senior team members, while growing your expertise in process design and SAP ERP.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and up to 1 year of related experience, with beginner proficiency in process mapping and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in related skills such as Business Process Design, SAP, ERP or related SAP consulting roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business and technology transformation projects at various stages.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements.
• Create functional and technical specifications to guide project development.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and assist in managing change efforts.
• Leverage deep knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
