Qualifications

• Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills such as Business Process Design, SAP, ERP or related functional SAP consulting roles is a plus point.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively and independently while developing expertise in SAP Customer Service processes.
• Participate in discussions and collaborate to provide thoughtful solutions to work-related challenges.
• Engage in business and technology transformation projects at various stages; identify project scope and define clear requirements.
• Create functional and technical specifications to guide project development; develop and support proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and assist in managing change efforts.
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
