Job summary

Macquarie Group in Indonesia is seeking a mid-senior SAP Banking Services specialist to design, configure and deliver SAP solutions for payments and banking processing. You will work across end-to-end processing, integrate with APIs and downstream systems, and drive delivery through agile and DevOps practices.

The role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills, with hands-on configuration experience in SAP Banking Services and TRBK considered highly

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP Banking Services across analysis, design, configuration and delivery.
• Experience in payments and payment processing within SAP Banking Services.
• Understand end-to-end processing and impact across products, accounts and downstream systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
• Experience delivering full delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing and post-production support.
• Ability to produce clear functional specifications and designs for engineers.
• Knowledge of integration patterns between SAP Banking Services and payment platforms, APIs and messaging.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments with ownership of outcomes.
• Strong communication with engineers, architects, product teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for SAP Banking Services implementations.
• Analyse payments flows and configure payment capabilities within SAP Banking Services.
• Ensure end-to-end processing accuracy and impact assessment across systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues in production.
• Guide testing, defect resolution, implementation and post-production support.
• Collaborate with technical engineers and integration teams for changes.
• Engage stakeholders and manage requirements in an agile/DevOps setup.
