HiSUGARS Bali is seeking a proactive Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at Batu Belig, Seminyak. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, handle payments, and coordinate with therapists to ensure a premium client experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask, with a passion for beauty and wellness. English proficiency is essential; Google Workspace skills are a plus. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Friendly, communicative, and confident when interacting with clients.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Professional and well-presented.
• Able to work and communicate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic administrative systems.
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, administration, or salon operations is a plus.
• Interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling
• Handle administrative tasks, including payments and daily reporting
• Provide accurate information about salon services and products
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure salon procedures, service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
• Support and communicate with the management team regarding daily operations and salon performance
• Help create a positive, professional, and supportive working environment for the team
