PT Mastering Prima Abadi in Jakarta is seeking a Lead Sales Supervisor to drive a high-performing team. You will lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while implementing effective strategies.

You will monitor performance, provide coaching, coordinate with operations and marketing, and ensure promotions run smoothly. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of achieving sales growth.

Competenze

• Minimum education of a diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage team performance, and drive sales growth.
• Good understanding of sales strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to operational changes.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area based on company operational needs.

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, smooth promotional execution, and achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure all team members comply with company SOPs, operational guidelines, and service standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
