Job summary

PT Advent Niaga Prakarsa in Batam seeks a Senior Sales professional to lead, manage, and supervise the sales team. You will develop sales strategies, set targets, and drive performance across key accounts and new business opportunities.

You will coach the team, monitor market trends, negotiate with customers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years as Senior Sales/Sales Supervisor/ Sales Manager in heavy equipment, engineering, industrial supplies, hardware or related industries
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading a team or working independently

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve company sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and team performance targets
• Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, and evaluate team productivity
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve the sales team's capabilities
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and business partners
• Oversee sales negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective sales operations and customer satisfaction
