Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Indonesia to oversee channel development, drive sales performance, and manage a field team. You will monitor activities, forecast sales, and ensure compliance with company procedures across wholesalers and modern trade outlets.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/channel management within FMCG or similar sectors, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years relevant experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet Sales KPIs and develop territory.
• Proven experience in managing and developing team members through development interventions.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of delivering professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Monitor & control sales team activities and develop channels through trade and consumer programs.
• Identify sales opportunities within territory and forecast weekly sales across channels.
• People Management: Maintain and monitor team productivity; conduct development interventions; ensure compliance with processes.
• Administration & Financial: Manage administrative matters and oversee AR and credit limits to ensure timely financial procedures.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with outlets and key accounts to ensure smooth distribution.
