Job summary

Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk in Tangerang is seeking a Sales Support specialist to manage end-to-end sales administration, from purchase orders to invoicing and payment follow-up, ensuring all documents are accurate and properly recorded.

You will verify POs against PKS, prepare billing with Finance, monitor status of invoices and payments, maintain customer data and archives, and generate monthly sales admin reports while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience as an administrator, preferably in sales administration, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Good understanding of administrative processes for purchase orders, PKS, and invoices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Outlook.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in checking numbers and documents.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales administration cycle from PO to invoicing and follow-up.
• Verify customer purchase orders against active PKS agreements.
• Prepare billing and invoices in coordination with Finance/Accounting.
• Monitor PO, invoice, payment status, and related documents.
• Maintain customer database and sales document archive.
• Prepare periodic sales administration reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance/Accounting, Operations and customers.
