Dekoruma mencari seorang Sales Manager untuk tim Interior Advisor dan Leads Generator di West Jakarta. Tugas utamanya mencapai target Booking Fee bulanan, meningkatkan konversi leads ke pembayaran, serta mengarahkan kunjungan pelanggan dari leads yang masuk.

Kandidat memiliki gelar S1 relevan, 3–4 tahun pengalaman sales, kemampuan memimpin dan membina tim, serta komunikasi yang kuat. Peran ini on-site dengan kontrak, bekerja dalam ekosistem e-commerce untuk memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang

Responsibilities

• Mencapai target Booking Fee per bulan.
• Tingkatkan konversi leads menjadi Booking Fees.
• Menggerakkan AV dari leads masuk.
• Mengelola dan memantau sales pipeline untuk tim Interior Advisor dan Leads Generator.
• Pastikan follow-up dilakukan dengan cepat dan konsisten.
• Memantau kinerja tim dan aktivitas penjualan harian.
• Memberikan coaching, evaluasi kinerja, dan rencana perbaikan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait untuk proses penjualan yang efektif.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible for achieving the Booking Fee target per month.
• Improve the conversion rate from Leads to Booking Fees.
• Drive Arrange Visit (AV) generation from incoming leads.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline for the Interior Advisor and Leads Generator teams.
• Ensure follow-up activities are conducted promptly, consistently, and effectively.
• Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
• Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and improvement plans for team members.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure an effective sales process and deliver an optimal customer experience.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry.
• Experience working in a service-oriented industry.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
