Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a Sales Manager in Jakarta to lead the Interior Advisor and Leads Generator teams. You will drive booking targets, improve lead-to-fee conversions, and ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing home design tech startup. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in sales leadership, strong communication, and a track record of coaching teams within service-oriented industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the education section.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Banking, Property, or Interior Design industries.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the Booking Fee target per month.
• Improve the conversion rate from Leads to Booking Fees.
• Drive Arrange Visit (AV) generation from incoming leads.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline for the Interior Advisor and Leads Generator teams.
• Ensure follow-up activities are conducted promptly, consistently, and effectively.
• Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
• Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and improvement plans for team members.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure an effective sales process and deliver an optimal customer experience.
