Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Sales Specialist Lab Instruments for the Surabaya area to support the Sales Manager in achieving targets for laboratory instrumentation.

You will manage Malvern Laboratory Instruments accounts, drive sales of particle size analyzers, DSC, TGA, rheometers and elemental analyzers, and prepare forecasts and market surveys. Proactive customer engagement and Salesforce data upkeep are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with laboratory instruments is advantageous.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Willing to cover Surabaya area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of laboratory instruments (particle size analyzer, DSC, TGA, rheometer, elemental analyzer).
• Visit customers with Sales Manager to build relationships and negotiate sales.
• Prepare forecasts, market reports and competitor surveys.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team (presentations, order handling).
• Possibly take on profit/loss responsibilities for a territory.
