DKSH Indonesia is seeking a Sales Consumable leader for Lab Instrumentation focused on Food Safety and Hygiene. You will manage regional sales teams, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories while ensuring compliance with product regulations and quality standards.

You will analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and negotiate terms to maximize margins. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Science or Engineering-related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales and build customer relationships.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales teams to achieve technical sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor KPI achievements and provide feedback on performance gaps and improvements.
• Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data and customer feedback.
• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts; propose areas for customer base expansion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and leverage cross-product opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories.
