Job summary

PT Elmirai Moncer Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and target‑oriented Sales professional for our showroom to deliver friendly and informative service and help clients choose premium furniture.

You will explain specifications, match products to homes or projects, coordinate delivery with logistics, and work toward monthly sales targets while enjoying commissions and a professional, stylish work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1)
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service (furniture, interior design, retail luxury, or lifestyle industries preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Professional, neat appearance with service-oriented mindset
• Familiar with basic sales calculations and simple report preparation
• Disciplined, honest, proactive, team-oriented and able to handle targets
• Willing to work showroom hours and be placed in showroom areas

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve every customer who comes to the showroom in a friendly, professional, and informative manner

• Understand customer needs and help them match the right furniture products for their residences or projects

• Collaborate with operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery to customers

About you
