PT Kata Selaras Bersama is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will promote beverages, engage guests with friendly service, and showcase our drink menu while building sales and guest satisfaction. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Minimum SMK degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management or equivalent.
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Minimum 1 year experience in Bartender skills and beverage knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork.
Bartender certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand food & beverage products.
Perform attractive and informative beverage presentations.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain good teamwork with other departments.
Learn and assist with basic operational tasks when required Beverage.
Serve customers and prepare menu items based on recipes for alcohol, coffee, and tea.
