Raya Collective is seeking a Senior Bartender for BARO BAKERY, PERERENAN BALI. This full-time role leads beverage operations, crafts innovative cocktails, and mentors junior staff to ensure unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

We require 3+ years of bartending experience, deep knowledge of drinks, and strong English communication. Expect high standards of service, bar hygiene, and collaboration with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional bartending experience.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails.
• Advanced mixology skills with signature cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service.
• Proficiency with bar management systems and POS.
• Knowledge of health, safety regulations for food & beverage.
• English fluency; other languages are a plus.
• RSA certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Maintain bar hygiene and organisation at all times.
• Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable experiences.
• Handle cash transactions and bar till operations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with FOH and kitchen for seamless service.
