Job summary

DKT INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Representative based in Jayapura, Papua, to drive pharmaceutical product distribution and territory growth. You will travel daily to pharmacies and outlets, detail products, review trade programs, and coordinate with distributors to ensure stock and order fulfillment.

You will monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and support distributors to hit targets. The role requires a Diploma with 4+ years of sales experience in relevant channels and strong market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in pharma/outlets/GT/midwives/local key accounts.
• Strong territory familiarity and ability to cover assigned areas.
• Wamiliar with distributor programs and trade promotions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily to detail products, review trade programs, check availability, and assist order tracking.
• Coordinate weekly with ASM and exclusive distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and guide distributors to meet targets.
• Discuss and review programs with distributors; join distributor visits; check/update distributor stocks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for performance tracking.
• Follow up rewards and incentives for customers.

Job description

Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.

Coordinate with ASM and exclusive sales of distributors every week.

Monitor sales performance, including exclusive sales of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive sales of distributors to enable them to achieve the target.

Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.

Follow-up rewards for customers.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma 3 in any field.

At least 4 years of sales experience, with proven exposure to handling outlets, pharmacy (Apotek) channels, GT channels, midwives channels, or local key accounts.

Strong familiarity with the assigned territory or respective areas.
