You will manage sales activities, prepare proposals and contracts, and stay informed about market trends to maximize revenue for the property. Excellent customer service and a proactive mindset are required.

Qualificações

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities — develops relationships with customers to enable future bookings.
• Managing Sales Activities — participates in sales calls and supports proposal generation, contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue — identifies new business and understands market conditions to close opportunities.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service — delivers service excellence and ensures guest satisfaction.
