Hepta Solutions in Bali seeks a detail-oriented Sales Administration Staff to support accounting operations. You will verify, reconcile, and maintain accurate sales and payment records across multiple clients, ensuring data accuracy and timely financial reporting.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Competenze

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting administration, finance administration, accounts receivable, or sales reconciliation.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Ability to review and reconcile bank statements, sales reports, invoices, and payment records.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail.

Mansioni

Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of sales reports, POS transactions, bank statements, cash records, and invoices.
Verify transaction amounts, payment methods, dates, and supporting documentation.
Identify discrepancies, unmatched payments, duplicate transactions, and missing records.
Reconcile payments via cash, bank transfers, QRIS, EDC, and payment gateways.
Prepare accurate reconciliation reports with discrepancies and clarifications.
Coordinate with accounting team and clients to resolve issues.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Support monthly closing by ensuring all sales and payments are verified and reconciled.
