Job summary

Bali Sun Tours, a Bali-based tour operator, is seeking an Accounting Admin to manage daily financial administration, record-keeping, and assist with reporting. You will work closely with sales and operations to ensure accurate booking payments and expenses, while maintaining confidentiality and timely deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in accounting or finance admin, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Accounting or Bachelor’s in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of accounting or finance administration experience.
• Able to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Proficient with Excel and Sheets for data handling.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized; handles confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, payments).
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and OTA/agent payments.
• Assist in monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain organized financial records and filing.
• Coordinate with sales and operations on bookings payments and expenses.
• Support tax administration and other finance tasks.
