Job summary

BINUS Group in Semarang is seeking an entry-level Sales and Promotions Assistant. You will handle end-to-end sales steps, support campus promotional activities, prepare quotations and invoices, and track payments while keeping customer data up to date.

You will also support campus outreach, arrange visits, produce publicity materials, and compile promotion reports for your supervisor. No working experience is required; Diploma (D3) or sixth-semester university student is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree (D3) or university student in 6th semester.
• No working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete each stage of sales in a timely and accurate manner, including quotations, requirements, invoices, and payment collection.
• Complete promotion stages timely and accurately, including tool preparation and event activities on and off campus.
• Perform sales activities compliant with financial procedures (cost estimation, quotations, invoices, monitoring, and payments).
• Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
• Follow up inputs from channel of distribution and notify customers about product information.
• Support research promotion opportunities in schools and industry and conduct canvassing initiatives.
• Arrange campus visits, tours, and facility viewings for prospective customers.
• Assist in producing publicity materials and coordinate their distribution.
• Create promotion event reports and compile all required reports and records.
• Provide reports to direct supervisor and suggest process improvements.
