Job summary

Yayasan Bina Nusantara is seeking a results-driven sales and promotions specialist to drive student recruitment and campus outreach. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, coordinate promotional activities, and visit prospective students and partners to showcase programs.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, client relations, and presentation skills, with a focus on meeting enrollment targets and building long-term partnerships for the institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, promotion, student recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong passion and proven ability in sales and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to conduct presentations, institution visits, and promotional activities, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.

Responsibilities

• Complete each stage of sales in a timely and accurate manner, including quotations, confirming requirements, issuing invoices, and collecting payments.
• Complete promotion stages on time, preparing promotional tools and ensuring availability for events (inside and outside campus).
• Perform sales activities in line with financial procedures (cost estimation, quotations, invoices, monitoring, and recording payments).
• Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
• Receive and act on inputs from the distribution channel (sales agents) supporting sales activity.
• Notify prospective customers about products and relevant information (e.g., academic terms).
• Arrange and conduct visits to prospective customers (campus tours and facility viewings).
• Assist in producing publicity documents and coordinate distribution of promotional materials.

Ensure each stage of promotion is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of tools, ensure its availability for related event and conduct event activities (inside and outside campus)

Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment)

Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records

Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity)

Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period)

Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services)
