Job summary

BINUS Group in Jakarta is seeking a motivated Sales/Marketing Associate to support end-to-end sales processes and build strong customer relationships. You will handle quotations, data entry, and promotional activities, while collaborating with campus networks and distribution channels.

Fresh graduates are welcome. This role requires strong English and Bahasa communication, multitasking, and willingness to travel for business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major.
• Willing to travel for business (long durations)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales processes, from quotation and requirement confirmation to invoicing and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales records, and follow up with sales agents and distribution channels.
• Communicate product information and support prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct sales and promotional activities, including school canvassing, market opportunity research, campus visits, and promotional events.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize sales, promotion, and customer-related reports and documentation.
