Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic Pet Food Product Consultant / Sales Promotion to drive in-store sales and educate customers on our pet food range.

You will actively promote products, provide tailored recommendations, and help maintain attractive displays in retail outlets. The role emphasizes proactive customer service, monitoring stock and expiry dates, and supporting ongoing promotions to hit daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Promotion /Product Consultant or Sales Promoter (Pet Food/FMCG/Retail is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of pet food products through friendly, proactive customer service.
• Educate and recommend suitable products based on customers' pets.
• Arrange neat, eye-catching product displays/merchandising in-store.
• Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Execute and maximize ongoing promotional programs at store level.
• Aim to achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit regular sales records and daily activity reports to the Supervisor.

We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and passionate Pet Food Product Consultant / Sales Promotion who has a strong interest in pet care. In this role, you will be on the frontline, introducing the benefits and superior quality of our pet food products to customers in retail stores and outlets.

Key responsibilities

Actively promote and drive sales of pet food products through friendly, proactive, and direct customer service.

Educate, inform, and recommend suitable products based on the specific needs of customers' pets.

Arrange and maintain neat, clean, and eye-catching product displays/merchandising in the store area to attract buyers.

Monitor stock availability, check expiry dates, and ensure proper product rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

Execute and maximize ongoing promotional programs at the store level.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Prepare and submit regular sales records and daily activity reports to the Supervisor.

About you

Minimum High School Diploma (SMA / SMK or equivalent).
