Job summary

SabiKerja is recruiting for a field Sales role with a growing client in Indonesia's pet industry. You will promote premium pet food and accessories to retail stores, distributors, and pet shop partners, conduct canvassing, and attend exhibitions to showcase products and engage with customers and their pets.

You will build lasting relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, provide product information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in pet food or pet supplies.
• Passion for animals and ability to engage with customers and their pets.
• Physically fit, resilient and able to perform fieldwork or mobile canvassing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a positive personality.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients at office or site locations; target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the company’s products to retail stores, distributors, and pet shop partners.
• Conduct canvassing and attend exhibitions or events to introduce products and engage with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product information, understand customer needs, and deliver excellent service.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports with market feedback and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain professionalism and presentation during all customer interactions and promotions.
