Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and passionate Pet Food Product Consultant / SPG who has a strong interest in pet care. In this role, you will be on the frontline, introducing the benefits and superior quality of our pet food products to customers in retail stores and outlets.

Key responsibilities

Actively promote and drive sales of pet food products through friendly, proactive, and direct customer service.

Educate, inform, and recommend suitable products based on the specific needs of customers' pets.

Arrange and maintain neat, clean, and eye-catching product displays/merchandising in the store area to attract buyers.

Monitor stock availability, check expiry dates, and ensure proper product rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

Execute and maximize ongoing promotional programs at the store level.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Prepare and submit regular sales records and daily activity reports to the Supervisor.

About you

Minimum High School Diploma (SMA / SMK or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience as an SPG/Product Consultant, or Sales Promoter (experience in Pet Food / FMCG / Retail is a plus).

Strong communication and persuasive skills, well-groomed, and target-oriented.
