Job summary

PT FUSCO INDO PETFOOD is seeking a Sales Representative to visit pet shops, clinics, and market partners within your coverage area, introducing our pet nutrition products and building lasting relationships with shop owners and veterinarians.

You will monitor market conditions, gather competitive insights, and provide creative promotions to support sales. The role offers an attractive incentive scheme and mobility support.

Join PT. Fusco Indo Petfood as a Sales Representative. You will not only sell products, but also build good relationships with the pet-loving community, pet shop owners, clinics, and help pet parents get the best nutrition for their pets.

Key responsibilities

Visit pet shops, veterinary clinics, and market partners in your coverage area to introduce our best products

Maintain good relationships and become a trusted partner for shop owners and veterinarians

Read market situations, monitor competitor movements, and provide creative promotion ideas to the management team

Market and sell products, ensuring products are always available and easily accessible to consumers

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Field Sales Representative (experience in pet food industry, FMCG, or veterinary/vet channel is a big plus)

Minimum education: SMA/D3/S1 all majors

Good communication skills, persuasive, and enjoy building long-term relationships

Basic analytical ability to read market opportunities in the field

Own vehicle (motorcycle) and active driving license for field work mobility

Animal lover is a huge plus
