First Circle is building an automated, end-to-end international SME financial services company. You will own the entire sales platform and work as a hybrid product owner and systems architect, designing scalable sales foundations and driving production with engineering.

You will focus on multi-country growth, integrating with underwriting and loan management systems while maintaining a sharp user mindset and delivering precise specs for engineers.

Formación

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows
• Track record of automating out manual processes
• Multi-country rollout experience (APAC a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Own the entire sales platform across products, divisions and countries
• Design robust accounts, contacts, opportunities, and product funnels
• Automate sales admin and reduce manual tasks
• Make routing and ownership rules configurable by Sales Ops
• Work closely with engineers; write precise specs for production
• Scale internationally; handle local structures, currencies, data privacy rules
• Own metrics: adoption, usage, data completeness, funnel speed and gaps
