Job summary

First Circle in SE Asia is building an automated, end-to-end SME financial services company across multiple markets. You will design how money moves through loans, debt and the ledger, and drive production with engineers.

This role blends product ownership with systems architecture: ensure correctness, automate manual steps, and adapt to new countries with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams. Remote work with travel is possible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning lending, ledger or finance systems.
• Track record of automating manual financial processes end to end.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect rails for money and data flow across loans, debt and ledger.
• Automate end-to-end processes and move business rules into configurable controls.
• Build monitoring and daily checks to catch errors before customers or regulators.
• Write precise specs and work with engineers to production.
• Scale designs for international markets with Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Own metrics like straight-through processing and close time.
