Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales performance, sales administration, reporting, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data processing and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor sales performance, productivity, sales volume, and distribution metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and data management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect data related to area sales performance appraisal.
• Provide data Sales Performance (Productivity, Brand Distribution, Sales Volume, Etc.).
• Monitor register outlet, store closed outlet, and sales stop.
• Conduct monthly GT sales program budget monitoring.
• Execute and create the daily SKU active and sales report.
• Conduct random checks on the HO activity implementation at AMO.
• Handle incidental tasks given by superiors.
