Job summary

PT Persada Batavia Diesel is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to manage sales reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking across the sales department. The role involves compiling daily, weekly, and monthly national-level sales reports and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Economics, demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables), and be proficient with CRM software and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or equivalent field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency with CRM software and BI tools.
• Experience in Sales Support, processing commercial data, and preparing Sales Reports using BI software and Excel.
• Strong analytical capability across sales activities in distributor companies, with experience preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Reports.
• Detail-oriented with high discipline, effective communication skills, and ability to interact with sales teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Sales Department teams submit daily activity reports with discipline and timeliness.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports at national level with recapitulation by branch, principal, and salesman.
• Process and present Sales Team Productivity Analysis reports to measure performance against KPIs.
• Ensure updates and accuracy of sales data, Coverage Plans, and Customer Master Lists in company systems.
• Maintain Market Coverage Plans for all Sales teams in an organized, updated manner.
• Consolidate reports related to sales, inventory, productivity, distribution, and Sales Team incentive calculations.
• Support Head of Sales in developing annual sales targets, allocating cost budgets, and mapping sales team allocation needs.
• Assist Head of Sales in preparing accurate monthly sales projections and forecasts.
