Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Indonesia seeks an HR Generalist to deliver HR solutions and partner with Commercial and Functional teams to align people strategy with business priorities. You will collaborate to enhance performance, develop talent, and drive organizational effectiveness across the business.

You will lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning, while supporting field teams regionally and reporting to Senior Manager, Country HR, Professional Solutions Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Generalist/business partner role.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support field teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner with Commercial and Functional teams.
• Align HR strategy with company goals such as revenue growth and channel development.
• Anticipate talent needs and translate into actionable HR initiatives.
• Support Country HR for EPSI and SRO initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and process optimization.
• Drive talent reviews and internal mobility programs across regions.
