• Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.
• Excellent skill in English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT developer/programming, MS Office and digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory.
• Manage excellent relationships and implement Syngenta's GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers.
• Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in-store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership.
• Act as a market intelligence source for Syngenta in their territory.

Through structured learning, hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations, participants will build the capabilities needed to support sustainable agricultural growth and establish a successful career in agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory
• Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta's GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
• Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested.
• Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.
