Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection, headquartered in Switzerland, is launching a 12-month Female Sales Development Program through Putri Petani Maju Academy in Indonesia to empower future sales professionals in agribusiness.

The program focuses on demand creation, GTM strategy execution, and field activities with mentorship and exposure to commercial operations, preparing participants for leadership roles in agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Female graduates in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or related field.
• Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership experience through organizations and events.
• Excellent skills in English, communication, presentation, data statistics, analytics, basic IT programming, MS Office and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand creation and fulfilment in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships and implement Syngenta's GTM strategy for key segments and growers.
• Conduct field demand activities ( demos, FFD ) and in-store marketing to build a sustainable business partnership; coordinate with field teams and track results.
• Serve as market intelligence contact for Syngenta in the territory.

Job Description

Putri Petani Maju Academy is a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower and develop future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Through structured learning, hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations, participants will build the capabilities needed to support sustainable agricultural growth and establish a successful career in agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory
• Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta's GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
• Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested.
• Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.
