Syngenta Crop Protection invites candidates to join a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Trainees will gain hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations to support sustainable growth.
Participants will learn product knowledge, build customer relationships, and report market information while contributing to Syngenta's expansion in the assigned area.
