Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking a Sales Marketing Support to manage end-to-end export-import admin for mineral products, ensuring accurate invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, and compliance while coordinating with customers, suppliers, logistics, and finance.

The role requires strong attention to detail and fluency in Mandarin and English; prior 2+ years in Sales/Trading or Export-Import admin in mining is preferred; relocation to Morowali, Sulawesi.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 2+ years in Sales, Trading, or Export-Import Administration; mining preferred.
• Strong understanding of export-import processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management tools.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali, Sulawesi.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sales Invoices, Shipping Documents, and ensure all export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.) are properly prepared and submitted.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery, payment, and document completion.
• Manage customer and supplier databases, including price lists, sales contracts, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment reconciliation, and report accuracy.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries for management.
• Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and company policies.

Job Summary

The Sales Marketing Support will support the end-to-end administrative and operational activities related to exportimport transactions. This role ensures accurate preparation of sales invoices, shipping documents, and export compliance requirements while coordinating closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal finance teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a solid understanding of international trade process.

• Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with positive attitude.
