Marketing Manager role focused on driving sales revenue, developing marketing strategies, and managing digital marketing campaigns for Genteng Tegola products across architects, developers, contractors, building suppliers, and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

Increase sales revenue in line with company targets

Develop marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase sales and reach target markets

Introduce Genteng Tegola products to architects, developers, contractors, building suppliers, and homeowners alongside the sales team, and build relationships with existing and new customers by creating customer databases

Plan, coordinate, and oversee training for new sales and marketing staff

Provide training in Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Leadership, and Motivation

Design, manage, and evaluate all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media, and creative campaigns aligned with target audiences

Conduct market research to understand competitors and consumer behavior

Plan exhibition schedules and road shows in major cities

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business or Marketing

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in the same industry

Extensive relationships with architects, developers, and contractors

Experience in digital marketing, campaigns, events, and related activities

Experience in coaching, mentoring, and monitoring marketing team activities

Able to operate Microsoft Office and other supporting applications

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Neat appearance, honest, disciplined, loyal, and highly dedicated

Able to work both as part of a team and independently
