Job summary

MNC Tourism Indonesia seeks a seasoned Senior Sales/Sales Supervisor to drive luxury housing and exclusive property sales in Surabaya, leveraging digital marketing, exclusive databases, and a target-driven approach to win Corporate & BUMN deals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or is pursuing a diploma), with 5+ years in senior sales and fluency in Indonesian and English, capable of deep stakeholder engagement and high-value negotiations.
