Job summary

PT Shankee Digital Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Hotel on a contract basis based in South Jakarta to drive revenue, occupancy, and ADR growth for our hospitality portfolio. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in corporate sales, group sales, or account management within hospitality.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Hotel to join PT Shankee Digital Hospitality on a contract basis. This position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and plays a crucial strategic role in driving revenue generation and market expansion for our hospitality business. As Sales Manager Hotel, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates, increase average daily rates, and build strong relationships with key corporate and leisure clients. This role is essential to the success of our hotel operations and directly impacts our business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
• Identify, pursue and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and other key accounts
• Conduct sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders
• Manage the sales team and coordinate with other departments including front office, housekeeping and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track progress against targets
• Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, tour operators and group organisers
• Attend industry events and networking functions to expand business development opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing department on promotional campaigns and campaigns targeting key market segments
• Support the General Manager in achieving overall hotel performance and revenue objectives
