Job summary

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager (Capital and Aftermarket) with experience in feed and biomass markets. The role includes developing market strategies, preparing proposals, and following up to close orders while coordinating with ANDRITZ teams.

You will handle the sale of capital equipment and wear parts, travel to customer sites, and work closely with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions and take-over certificates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (university) required.
• Proficient in English for business communication.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (training provided).
• Experience in feed and biomass market sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell capital equipment and wear parts to feed and biomass clients.
• Survey and follow up the market to source projects/customers for ANDRITZ proposals and quotations.
• Prepare presentations, contracts, and quotations with inputs from project leaders.
• Submit proposals and follow up to secure orders.
• Prepare and track signed contracts and take-over certificates.
• Report monthly market status and sales results (order intake).
• Collaborate with ANDRITZ colleagues and participate in training to enhance knowledge.

We are searching for a Sales Manager (Capital and Aftermarket) who has work experience in Feed industry such as Aqua Feed, Animal Feed, Poultary Feed and in Biomass Industry to with Andritz Feed & Biofuel, Jakarta, Indonesia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in Industrial Key Machinery Sales and Wear & Spare Part Sales
• Survey and follow up the market of feed and biomass, sourcing project / customer to whom ANDRITZ can supply the EPS/EPI or single key equipment and spare part, services.
• Prepare presentations, contracts, customer visits and work with customers / projects in-charged person to get necessary inputs, gathering information for preparing ANDRITZ Proposal/ Quotation which is approved by ANDRITZ leader prior to submit to customer.
• Submit the proposal / quotation to customer and follow up (weekly) to get order (signing contract).
• Preparing the contract for signing and follow up the singed contract until getting the signed Take Over Certificate.
• Making report periodically (monthly) about the market, business status, sales result (Order intake) of the Capital
• Equipment and the issues that need support from Andritz Leaders.
• Working as a team with ANDRITZ colleagues.
• Request to be trained and participate the training course of ANDRITZ to improve owned knowledge of ANDRITZ, Technology Equipment, services.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

• University graduated, can use English for doing business.
• Can use MS office (Word, Excel and PPT) doing the business
• Willingness to travel to customer’s site for the sales and follow-up.
• Basic knowledge in Auto-cad (will be trained)
• Flexibility, to be able working as a team with ANDRITZ colleagues.
